As an architect and honorary professor of the UNESCO Chair of Earthen Architecture, Building Cultures, and Sustainable Development she is focusing on the use of natural building materials. She has been actively involved in development cooperation in Bangladesh since 1997. Over the years, Anna has realised further projects in Asia, Africa, and Europe. Together with Martin Rauch she has developed the method of Clay Storming that she teaches at various universities. She received numerous honors and her work was widely published and exhibited. Anna Heringer will present her new book: “Form Follows Love” where she dialogs with Dominique Gauzin-Müller. This book is a monograph, biography and manifesto at the same time. She writes: “All my life I have been and remain firmly convinced that I can change the world.” She will give us insights on how regenerative architecture can have a positive impact on the environment and society.
